Having recently (very recently…Saturday to be exact) discovered the simple recipe for falafel I have wanted to eat nothing else.
I cannot believe how easy they are to make…soooooo yummy and also healthy! This was my lunch today, I couldn’t even finish it, it was that filling. I had it with a bowl of homemade Butternut Squash soup.
I plan on going for a walk in the rain in my brand spanking new runners later!
Hooray for trying to be fit!!
